White Pepper

White Pepper is made from fully ripe pepper berries. They are soaked in water for about 10 days leading to fermentation. Then their skins are removed , which also remove some of pepperine compound.

Cloves

Cloves are a spice made from the flower buds of an evergreen tree called. Clove flower buds are harvested in their immature state and then dried.

Nutmeg

Nutmeg is a spice made from the seed of the nutmeg tree (Myristica fragrant), a native Indonesian evergreen tree that is the source of two popular spices.
